Telesales Team Manager sought to lead by example the Lead Generation team to develop prospects - producing a conversion rate in excess of 60%. Show your track record of success including: · Hands-on experience in a direct telesales * prospecting environment.
· Proven ability to formulate and deliver a training programme that shows clear benefits.
· Experience in initiating and developing persuasive, professional collateral in a business to business environment.
· Track record in reviewing and improving work processes (people and systems) in order to deliver on objectives.
Experience as a Internal Sales Manager in a similar position is ideal for this role. You`ll be adept at understanding key client issues in target market sectors to develop industry specific message and collateral. You`ll have experience developing and motivating the in house team to achieve your goals. You will have experience developing and implementing a pipeline management strategy that utilises a range of communication media, and a range of messages appropriate to each prospect.
